• Assistance with securing 5 venue site tours 
• Planning Lookbook 
• Handling design layout  
• Coordinating rehearsal 
• Provide access to emergency kit 
• Distribution of gratuity 
• Set up personal items such as display programs, menus, favors, etc. 

For the client that has most of their event planned but want to work alongside with a professional in order to receive guidance and expertise. We put together the rest of the missing pieces to complete your vision.
